Tiny Greens Wholesale

These Terms & Conditions apply to every order placed through the Tiny Greens Wholesale ordering portal (the "Service") by an approved business client ("you"). By placing an order you agree to the terms below. See also our Privacy Policy.
Orders must be submitted before the cutoff time shown for your next delivery day (shown on the Produce page and in the cutoff banner). Orders submitted after cutoff will be scheduled for the following available delivery day. Pricing shown at checkout is specific to your account and may include negotiated rates or time-limited specials.
You may cancel or amend an order by contacting Tiny Greens directly, provided the order has not yet been harvested, packed, or dispatched.
Once an order has been harvested, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Microgreens and mushrooms are grown and harvested to order — once picking has started, that stock can no longer be sold to another client, so the order is treated as final at that point.
We deliver on your account's scheduled delivery day(s). If nobody is available to receive the delivery at the address on file, or the address is inaccessible or incorrect, the order is still considered delivered and will be charged in full — the product has already been harvested, packed, and dispatched for your order by that point. Contact us as soon as possible if a delivery is missed so we can arrange a resolution.
If any item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact Tiny Greens within 24 hours of delivery with details (and a photo, where relevant) so we can arrange a credit or replacement. Claims raised after this window may not be able to be honored, given the short shelf life of fresh produce.
Orders are invoiced after delivery. Payment is due per the terms agreed with Tiny Greens for your account. Continued late or non-payment may result in orders being placed on hold until the account is brought up to date.
Prices are subject to change; any change will be reflected on the Produce page before you place an order and will not affect orders already submitted. Tiny Greens may update these Terms from time to time — continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Tiny Greens is based in Brisbane, Queensland.
