• Business name, contact name, email, phone, and delivery address
• Delivery address coordinates (for route planning — see below)
• Order history and order contents
• Invoice and payment status
• If you enable push notifications on an admin device, a device subscription identifier used only to deliver those notifications

How we use it

This information is used only to:

• Process and fulfill your orders
• Schedule and plan deliveries
• Generate invoices via QuickBooks Online, where enabled
• Communicate with you about your account or orders

Sharing

We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the third-party services that make the Service work:

• QuickBooks Online — used to generate invoices when that feature is enabled for your account.
• Google Maps — your delivery address is sent to Google's Geocoding API to determine its coordinates, used solely for internal delivery route planning. Your address is never shown to other clients.

Data retention

We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with accounting and tax obligations.
